Qashqai+2 or Santa FE

hi ,

Im looking for a 7 seater, at a reasonable price!

Thinking a 2013 / 2014 Qashqai + 2, or Hyundai Santa FE?

Any advice?

Also, any years or models (engine etc) to avoid for both?

A Qashqai+2 is a bit smaller than a Santa FE. It's really just a stretched regular Qashqai with a 3rd row of seats for occasional use that takes up boot space.

Do you need all 7 seats and do you need boot space too for the stuff that comes with those people? If so then maybe something like a MPV would be better suited. Obviously not as trendy looking as a SUV but a Ford S-Max/Galaxy or Seat Alhambra would be more practical for 7 people and the stuff they bring with them.

Thanks for that - I know, but I prefer an SUV.

Santa Fe's of that era are a minefield, it would have savage running costs vs a Qashqai.
