That was not high-end when it was new, about 3-4 years ago.
    People were rocking 1080Ti cards then, and high-end meant 1440p @ 144Hz.

I don't think it's worth the 500 euro price, unless you're really dying to play Fortnite at 1080p and 60Hz.
Even then, you're better off buying a brand new XBox Series X, and play Fortnite in glorious 4K.

The one you originally posted, considering the state of the market at the moment, is decent for €500.

Only problem is the processor is very dated and there aren't any viable upgrade options, so you would probably end up swapping out the motherboard, processor and ram soon enough.

Depends on the games. CPU intensive games like Battlefield, Warzone - it's weak enough. Games like Fortnite, Apex, Overwatch, Valorant or whatever - it would blaze away at ultra settings for ages.

Why the massive swing though? Like you're saying your two options are a cheap budget machine and a very high-end one, surely if you have that budget you could just buy a solid pre-build from the likes of Dell that's a solid mid-range machine for all current games.
