I have an old Same tractor I was planning to tidy up.

    Might sandblast and paint myself.
Not looking for another too exact but will try to do it right.

Any advice on best way to approach it

Is that door frame rotted away at the bottom?
Dunno would I bother sand blasting that, it's in great shape compared to some Same's.
T-Cut it first, see how it looks.

    Thanks for that.
Yeah has a cracked front windscreen and a missing lower rear window. Just price the 2 at John conaty for around 200 but would I need to get someone to fit it?

Yeah bottom of doors have rusted away. Need to put in 2 small strips. Not the best at welding, especially around glass. Any suggestions?

You'd be as well to get a professional to weld in new pieces into the doors, thin metal is difficult to weld if you aren't very competent, and by right you'd need a Mig welder.
    I'd try the glass myself.
Do the small piece first, and ideally wait for warm weather so that the rubber is softer.
Use a lube that doesn't affect rubber and watch a few you-tube videos.
Sometimes it's better to fit the glass into the rubber, and then prise the whole lot into the frame, and sometimes it's easier to fit the rubber ti the frame first.
If you go with a pro to do the door frames, he'd bang in the glass for you.
