Bank surveyor report

    Hi All
    Does anyone have an idea of length of time a bank surveyor report is sent back to your estate agent. 3 weeks ago we had one on a house we are selling and up till today we have heard nothing back from our estate agent !!!

    So you are selling? Not a new house?

    Is this the buyer's bank's surveyor? Your side wouldn't necessarily see the report unless there are major problems.

    Oh ok then. We are selling the house I just thought that the estate agent selling the house for us should have heard something back. Were new to all this !!!
