Laundry help- Yellow stains from using vanish stain remover spray..

Hi all, hope this is ok to post here. Have a new pair of runners (very light in colour). When I was out wearing them I accidentally stepped in a puddle and had flecks of dirt sprayed up onto the main part of the shoe. I used vanish stain remover spray and eventually got the dark dirty spots out of the shoe fabric. I rinsed the shoe really well and left it to dry for a good few days. Now I notice there are very faint yellow tinges in parts. I musnt have rinsed the stain remover out well enough.

Is there any way to get rid of these yellow stains at all? Thanks

Stick the runners in the wash is your best bet.

Spot cleaning nearly always leaves marks, in my experience.

Stains on white fabric react really well to sunlight. Even on slightly dull days you’ll get some benefit.

Maybe leave it outside for a couple of days.
