Thermostat how to set parameters

    Hi
I have a Fanti Cosmo ch110 room thermostat.
I need to set a max temp that it can be set to.

From reading the instruction manual https://www.fantinicosmi.it/en/product/ch110-ch111-ch112/
It seems pretty straight forward, but I just can't get P to display when I put in the batteries & keep the sun/moon button pressed.

Is there a knack to it?

How long do I keep the sun/moon pressed for?

    Help

Edit: just to clarify, the stat will go up to 40°c , but I want to set the absolute max to a lower value,

to stop the kids from pressing buttons, and me returning to a house that is approaching sub Saharan temperatures and the oil tank going as dry as that same Saharan desert.

So.. I can't see any way of getting into the parameters mode.
    So I've ordered a Fantini Cosmo ch120.

Hopefully they'll allow me into the P mode.

If it works, I'll get a second for downstairs.... Maybe
