terraced house extension

    Hi, if an extension is planned below 40m2 for a mid terraced house, is there a height restriction as i'd like it to have a vaulted ceiling, it would still be well below the original ridgeline. Thank you

    You can’t go higher than the eaves (the plastic gutters) so the ridge line or anywhere near it is off limits.

    Also, be aware of the rear garden space required of 26 Sq. M.

    Yes, to be exempt, min. 25 m.sq. rear garden must be left/retained.
