Ballsbridge, Dublin. Bus a hassle or not a concern?

I noticed some lovely B&B's in the Ballsbridge area of Dublin. Is the location a concern or is the bus easy and direct?

    Many thanks!

Depends on where you want to go. But there are frequent bus services to the city centre, if that's what you're asking, and Lansdowne Road DART Station is a few minutes walk from the actual bridge for which Ballsbridge is named. The number 4 bus goes directly to the city centre and runs about 5 times an hour (i.e. every 12 minute or so) and there are several other routes you could take.

Yes 4, 7, 7a buses all serve Ballsbridge and all are fairly frequent if your going into the city centre. Not too far from the Dart either

Ballsbridge is walking distance of town. Very frequent buses and Dart into city centre and beyond.

Nice spot in general, although not at the moment of course! Are B&Bs even open these days?
