Hi there. Would anybody have a rough idea how much it would cost to change an existing office space into 2 apartments? The builing is listed for planning is required. The total area is roughly 1000 sq feet and located on a first floor above a commercial property in the Dublin 1 area.

Very hard question to answer as existing services, fire safety cert all required. Could 2-300k. Could be more, or less.
