Sheep fencing question

Hi, For keeping smal number of sheep/lambs in is it possible to just use plain wire over sheep mesh. I have 2 strands over the sheep wire, overall height 4 ft, top line is set up to electrify, but am wondering if I need to electrify it. Thanks N

No need to electrify the top wire. What you have done sounds perfect.
