Phonewatch wont connect

    Hi can any one help I bought a secondhand phonewatch alarm for my shed he said it was working when he took it down to upgrade but when I put it into my shed none of it would connect all the leds are flashing thats all it is a total connect box and the keypad is a GKP all is honeywell equipment but its just dead I have the user code?
