Hi All,

Spent the last month trying to renew my provisional but am encountering endless issues. Essentially the rule is you can't get third license until you have test booked, but can't book at present. When I rang up I was just told to make another appointment, show them the emails where I tried to book and they would renew but they are facilitating. Any ideas? When I try join the waiting list for a test it rejects as obviously my license is expired. So frustrating
