"Unable to connect to world"

    I recently changed broadband provider and my son has had no issues with his Switch bar his friends can't connect to his worlds and he theirs. The error "Unable to connect to world" appears.

    All other multiplayer options in the game are working bar this. I've forwarded the relevant ports to no avail. Any suggestions?
