    Hi,

We have recently moved into a property with the above installed. I have installed the Securecomm app to find that I need the securecomm ID.

I have contacted the installer who have said they cannot provide this without a maintenance contract with them. I have tried to contact many installers to see if they can do this for a charge - no response.

We would like a system that can contact us in the event of the alarm going off.

I am not tech savvy so appreciate any assistance going down to the basics!

    Thanks in advance

Hit 0*9 and your alarm code.
It should show you Installation ID and password IF Securecomm is installed on the panel.
Other question is if it is still active. You may need to update account with HKC

You will need engineer access to set up the new Securecomm site.
Do you know if the system has the Securecomm module installed?
