Hi, We have recently moved into a property with the above installed. I have installed the Securecomm app to find that I need the securecomm ID. Hi,

We have recently moved into a property with the above installed. I have installed the Securecomm app to find that I need the securecomm ID.

I have contacted the installer who have said they cannot provide this without a maintenance contract with them. I have tried to contact many installers to see if they can do this for a charge - no response.

We would like a system that can contact us in the event of the alarm going off.

I am not tech savvy so appreciate any assistance going down to the basics!
