Noisy shower pump

I have a Grundfos Watermill Wasp 46 Twin Impeller shower pump. Lately it has started an intermittent whining-type noise when it's in use. It'll make the noise for a minute or two and then returns to its normal sound. When it's whining, the water pressure in the shower drops and then returns with the normal sound. Any ideas…
