Anyone use this scheme in the last year or two to build a shed or fixed sheep handling unit or use to purchase machinery such as a tractor loader?

If so,
1.Was it worth it ?
2.Any hassle?
3.Does participating on the scheme drive up the price much or is the increase offset by the 40% grant?
4. If participating should a lad have an advisor?
