What ya giving up? I've been off the drink since June. And a few weeks off the smokes, the never-ending story.

    I'm giving up biscuits anyway.

I’m not giving up anything for lent. But fair play to anyone who is doing something. It’s always good to exercise a bit of discipline and break old habits.

Best of luck to you. Hope you get something from it.

Im off the energy drinks, I never drank coffee and don't eat chocolate, sweets or taytos so that was my treat every 2nd day or so.
Found I've been getting cravings for the energy drinks probably due to the caffeine and sugar or whatever chemicals are in them, so a good excuse to break the habit.
