SPC Connect ATS/ATP status initialising then fault

    Hi all,

    I'm having a problem with SPC Connect and my SPC5330 ATP status not getting to "OK" only "initialising" then "fault".

    I had it working but a few weeks back I started getting a connection problem (Generic error on Android app) so I removed the panel from SPC Connect and the FlexC ATS config from SPC5330.

    I think this might have been the wrong approach (nuclear option :)) and from reading other posts I might have an encryption mis-match.

    I've reset the encryption on the SPC5330 ATP config but I'm a bit stuck now as I've no panel listed on my SPC Connect account and the SPC5330 FlexC ATP/ATS won't connect - so it can't be seen online to add again.

    Not sure what my next step is. All suggestions / ideas appreciated.

    SPC5300 | Ver 3.12.0 | R.39600
    IP Address: 192.168.138.201 (Static)
    Netmask: 255.255.255.0
    DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
    Gateway: 192.168.138.205

    I'm using Firefox browser to access and config the panel over my LAN.
