Hi, I've just bought an apartment in Waterford city centre to rent out & I need a bit of work doing on it - kitchen cabinets painted, door painted, some wood work in bathroom, mirrors hanging, a bit of painting etc etc. Can anyone recommend someone who is reliable? Thanks
