With the change in temperature I. The last couple of days our house is roasting. We’ve a oil fired underfloor heating with a stove that connects to floor and hot water when requested. Even with the thermostats down at 14 and the stove not turned onto the floor or hot water, it’s still warm. Any reasons why?

    How warm?

The inner bricks etc will hold the heat for quite some time especially after the use I'm sure it's got the last while.

Also could be pump is running and sending the water around the system keeping the hot or warm water circulating

Thanks for the reply, it’d be warm to the touch and was last lit two nights ago. I turned off the pump which circulates water through it. I’ll give it time
