Letters of endorsement for planning application.

    Guy is making a new planning application for a bungalow on a cul-de-sac in the countryside.
    It was previously refused for traffic safety reasons.
    Applicant is setting back fence of entire field to allow for road widening / passing.
    He wishes to include letters of endorsement from his neighbours along the road. Can these letters be included with the documentation being submitted or must they be lodged separately with payment of €20 with each letter ?

    Included in the documents submitted I believe. The €20 is to make an observation on the Planning application.
