Yamaha CD-NT670D - Factory Reset

    Hey Folks,

    After upgrading to the latest firmware Tidal and even Bluetooth aren't working properly. Where before they streamed smoothly now it's incredibly stuttery- all of the time. It's simply unusable. For the life of me I can't find any information on a factory reset. Can anyone here shed any light on how this might be done?

    Failing that, can the firmware be rolled back? Could I install an older firmware or would that be likely to screw it up?

    How to Factory reset Yamaha CD-NT670.

    And the volume is doesn't work through Application and Remote.

    Please advise.
