Number of passengers allowed on 109x from a Virginia to Dublin

I haven't been on the 109 service since Covid and there is a possibility I will have to travel on the bus on Tues. Does there be many seats left by the time the bus gets from Cavan to Dublin? Also would you have to get to Busarus extra early to be guaranteed a seat? Thanks.
