Starting a new thread to detail experience of leakbot. Based on an email I recieved 2,000 customers of liberty insurance have been offered a 12 month contract to use it free.

"LeakBot’s patented Thermi-Q technology accurately measures both the air and pipe temperatures in your home. If you have a leak, it will continually draw colder water from outside into your home, creating a consistent drop in temperature. LeakBot can sense the prolonged and consistent drop in temperature and alerts you to the problem."

Leakbot seems to be a product of Homeserve a GBP3bn public company specializing in home repair and home maintenance.
