Eir mobile puk code?

    Hi,
    I'm trying to contact eir but can't get through to them.
    I'm trying to find out my puk code.
    As I entered the pin code wrong too many times.
    What do I do?
    Please help. I'm pay as you go

    It'll be on the pack that the sim came in, usually the larger plastic piece the sim is punched out of.

    The pack the sim came in is thrown away a long time ago. Any ideas on how to find puk code without this?

    There should be an option online if you log on to eir.

    I can see it under my profile tab when I log in, but I am a bill pay customer.

    Maybe it is available for prepay customers, too.

    Myeir for PAYG is down since December with the stock excuse from Eir that they're "looking into it".

    They changed their website lately and the puk should be available to view when logged in.

    Worth a try.

    Their website is generally ****e, but seems to be working OK now.

    Scrap that, it is not working as it should.

    You need to call them op, ridiculous company.

    All of them are anyway.
