One Year's Service - Increase?

Okay so, I work in a fairly simple retail job. Your local convenience store. Been there a year now. I re-read my contract and it mentions "you will be paid in accordance with the Retail Grocery and Allied Trades JLC", which seems fairly standard. It mentions, under remuneration, a "progression is made from point to point on the scale on the yearly anniversary of your commencement date".

Now, I can't see any information about JLC's since 2011... and the current WRC site doesn't seem to mention anything about any related EROs. So I assume I'm still entitled to some increase, but by how much?

I'm part time now, roughly 15-20 hours per week, full time between Feb-August (though I still have a full time contract oddly enough). Any info would be appreciated :D
