Does anyone know if a property management company can force you to change external walls paint colour. They are not responsible for painting works with the exception of the apartment blocks.

There is likely to be a clause in the legal documents you signed at purchase along the lines of "The purchaser shall not do anything to change the external appearance of the development". If you have signed a document with such a clause then they absolutely can.

Thanks so much. No nothing in docs!
