The ''Particle additive level too low'' popped up on my 2014 C4 Grand Picasso B78 today. It looks like ill need one of those pouch refill bags. Where can these be bought here. Ill need to do it soon so dont want to order from the UK unless I have to. I have the software to reset the counter also.

Has that car not got an AdBlue tank filler on the boot floor?

Not that I can see. I have read up on a few sites and I'm nearly sure mine is located under the car near the drivers rear wheel. There are a few dummy plugs in the boot alright but none containing a refill cap. I think it's Eloy's I need also and not adblue

Could very well be Eolys. Would have thought they weren't using it as new as 2014.Don't know about the Picasso, think the C4 adblue was near the lh tail lamp on the floor.

To add; Had a look-seems up to 2013. Not much help to you,but you might find this interesting

That message came up on mine about 3 years ago... I got used to it and I'm kind of fond of it now

Wouldn't mind but I read the filter can become blocked and worse again the engine won't start if left untouched

Mine is a 2009 one so I'm taking my chances, but for what it's worth, my mechanic quoted 230 for addititive as bags had burst and needed new bag as opposed to top up... Its 350 to get it removed and deleted off the ecu
