    Hi all,

Can anyone recommend any takeaways in Kildare town please? I like all cuisines.

I know there are a few Chinese takeaways, which are the best or worst?

Tried Cunningham's the other week, delicious.

Victoria House has been our favourite Chinese since it opened. We used to go to Kingsland before thar when it was down in the Derby House.

You can't go too wrong with Macaris, and my guilty pleasure is Mizzonis.

We've barely used any of them during lockdown though

Thanks a mill for those. We're eating more takeaways now than ever due to lockdown!

With lockdown Hartes and Silken are doing collections.

    I particularly like Silken.

You have YOLO as well doing deliveries.

    Macaris for chippers

    Sitarray is good for Indian

    Thai Station is always nice

Great thanks for those suggestions. Saw there's a new burger place opening at the hotel too, curious what that will be like.

Got Hartes at home for a birthday meal one night and it was divine.

How about coffee spots? 4 Square seems to be popular?

Didn't know about the burger place I'll keep an eye on that.

Hartes is good they just havent changed there menu in a long time.

Yea square is nice I like Firecastle to some nice deserts in ther to and the new pedestrianised square is good once the weather picks up a bit. Strongs Cafe and Bistro is nice as well but there closed currently.

I see there's yet another Chinese take away coming.
It's down where the chicken place was, anything that's gone into that unit hasn't lasted a wet weekend!
