Hi folks,

Considering purchasing an investment property in Belfast, or NI generally, to rent out.

Financing not a problem, but does anyone have any experience with the tenancy laws there?

Comparing to Dublin, is there a rental cap like the 4% rule? Similarly, are there as many practical difficulties that you would see in trying to evict tenants for purposes of ASB or non-payment?
