VF gigabox fibre to the home

    Hi Guys

    The wan cable that connects from the gigabox to the ONT box just inside the door is way to short. Does anyone know where i could pick up a 5m length version of this cable so i could move the router somewhere else ? Will any wan cable work ?

    Also could i use a netgear router plugged directly into the ONT box via wan cable instead of the gigabox ?

    Yeah any cat5e/cat6 cable will work.
    Not sure on Netgear router? What model?

    Great thanks for that.

    As for the router probably going to upg the netgear i currently have to the amplifi alien

    do you think this would work directly into the ONT box instead of the gigabox ?
