Ford Focus central locking using key in door

My central locking using the key in the drivers lock don’t work. I can open drivers door but the other doors won’t open. If I manually open the other doors with my hand using the button on inside and then lock the doors from drivers door they will lock once but won’t open or lock again. Anyone any idea on how to fix…
