I bought a drill in December. Immediately contacted seller as not fit for purpose (dust extraction drill with no extraction part attached).

Paypal agree to the refund and I immediately returned the item in the packaging it arrived in and gave them tracking information.

Since then the estimated case resolution date has been continually pushed out. I had to post back by 24th Jan, I couriered it on 15th Jan with delivery on 20th Jan. The resolution date has gone from 29th Jan, 1st Feb, 3rd Feb, 6th Feb and now 9th Feb.

I've emailed a complaint to them twice - but can't get a response. Can I contact the irish financial ombudsman or just keep waiting and hope it gets sorted.
