Return tramite faulty tablet to Amazon Italy

    Looking for some help here.
    Trying to return a faulty tablet to Amazon Italy.
    The tablet has a battery and anpost or many couriers don't send parcels with lithium battery.
    Amazon is refusing to offer return to Ireland or UK.
    Anyone else had a similar experience?
