    Hi all,

    Can anyone recommend a dental anxiety hypnosis recording please?

    I have a severe dental anxiety and need to get a tooth removed (as recommended by an endodontist). I am so bad I feel ill even phoning to make the appointment. Xanax will possibly work in the hours leading up to the event but I get anxious even thinking about it. Hypnosis will help in the run up to the extraction.

    I have run out of excuses and have to do it sooner rather than later!!
