Duplicate shipment

I recently ordered off berksha and my order arrived in multiple shipments. For some reason, some items I ordered were sent twice and I'm now wondering if I should contact the retailer ? I'm assuming postage fees will be covered.

Does the retailer have a right to ask for these back or is it mine as it is addressed to me ?

Not legal advice per se and there might be a more appropriate forum for this.

Of course you should, but first review your origional order, to make sure you do not actually order them.

Yes it would be, you do not need to incur any cost to return the item

The goods belong to the retailer.

If the cost of returning them exceeds the cost of the items, they might not ask for them to be returned.
