    Hey,
Yep I did mine in early January and luckily got in.

I got asked the following if it helps, sorry I couldn't remember more, I was quite nervous on the day.

    English:
    5 adjectives to describe myself
Speak 2 mins on a subject I am passionate about
    Is planning important for teaching
    Experience in teaching

    Irish
Where was I born and grew up
Speak about a teacher who inspired me
    Traits of a good teacher
    My past-times
Where would I go if I could despite the pandemic

    Good luck :)

    Hi

I repeated the Irish interview recently and was offered a place.

    I was asked:
Where was I born and raised
    Talk about my area
    Hobbies
What subjects did I study in college
Talk about my primary, secondary and college education
What do I do currently every day?
What are the traits of a good teacher ?
What would I do if I had more time ?

    Best of luck

    Hi Ros7510

Thanks so much for this post!
Waiting to receive a date for interview at the moment, absolutely wrecked with nerves. How did you get on?
    Any tricky questions?

Have all fingers and toes crossed for you 😊

Hi! I had my interview on Wednesday , haven’t heard back yet so nervous ! I think the interview went ok but it’s so hard to know. I was asked about things on my personal statement in both Irish and English so make sure to know that inside out! Also in Irish things like your area, where you went on holidays, where you would like to go on holidays next, about your undergrad. The very best of luck and don’t be too nervous because the thoughts of it are honestly the worst part ! 😊

I hope you got in! I had mine yesterday..they were so so nice but not sure I answered their questions well enough. Nerves got the better of me. It wasn't as formal as I thought it would be.
