Building works during lockdown

Just wondering if anyone is getting any external works done during the lockdown?

If someone was going to get work done outside of their home, and the person doing the work was willing to do the job - could the recipient get in trouble?

To add some context - I am strictly adhering to the lockdown, but I am looking to get my garden wall completed. It is >100m from the house and there would be no close proximity.

It is not an emergency, but I am getting worried about the safety of the foundation trench being opened this long and the risk of somebody driving into it. Especially considering it could be end of march or april by the time restrictions lift and things are operating normally again.

No doubt people will lambast me on here - but I am just asking the question about liability. I am unlikely to go ahead, but am curious as to risks.
