Old farm outbuildings/shed

We have a long set of outbuildings/sheds formally used for housing animals up to 30+ years ago. They are along the side of house
They are about 40m long ×3.5m wide
They are in a state of disrepair, with the galvanised roof leaking and walls crumbling.
One end of the building is starting to list while the other gable end is up parallel against the local road.
The sheds run out in front of the front of the house to adjoin the road

What options do we have to
    (a) rebuild the sheds on current foot print?
    (b) rebuild them with a smaller footprint but wider (to make them practical for modern use)
