TC1 for US company - time to get a response

    Hello,

    I am placing an order for work with a US company. They had a UK distributor but with Brexit and messing around we have started dealing with them directly. They have sent in a TC1 form which is all we need processed before we can go ahead and order. How long does it take for these to be processed typically does anyone know?

    A rough idea is appreciated.

    emailed in a PDF version. They can't use Revenue online as a small US company. I had wondered could I submit through my account for them but figured somehow they would think I owned a US company :pac: Any experience with a response from email?
