I've got a completely blue screen with a host not found message on my TV screen. It only appears when go to the hdmi setting for my firestick device. The firestick home page doesn't even open just thus message on a blue screen. I've recently switched to a new Asus router , could this be the issue although all other connections through the router work fine. Any assistance appreciated.
