Hi what costs are involved in equity release where there is no current mortgage on a property. Considering releasing of up to €125-150k on property value of approx €430k.

What rates apply and also what are the maximum term for a couple age 55 and 57.

    Hi Baoithin66,

Thanks for reaching out to us here today.

A number of factors would be taken into account when assessing this. For the best advice, it would be best to link in with one of our Mortgage Specialists on 016113333. Our lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. One of our colleagues will be happy to look into this further for you.

We hope this information helps. Feel free to get back in touch if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Richard
