I'm a fairly risk adverse type of person, but this lock-down is gradually turning me into an empty emotionless husk of a person. I need to do something exciting before I turn to dust.
    So anybody got any ideas?

It’s okay not to be okay.

For me a walk on the beach or the mountains always cheers me up, or I let the kids out to play in the paddock outside.

wait until this is over - take up diving - both sky and underwater - obviously you can't do them both in the same 24hrs (or you risk getting the bends) - but the underwater world is amazing and viewing the world come closer and closer as you freewill after jumping from a plane ....will simply blow you away.

Was up the mountains in extremely dangerous conditions few weeks ago, it was fantastic, also regularly mountain bike, give them a go maybe, mountain biking is probably a bit safer though

If you were to drop dead today, or become disastrously ill to the point of being bed bound for life, what would you regret not getting the chance to do?

You need a shift in perspective, or just a shift in general. The past is the only thing we cant change, the future is completely up for grabs. Adventurous is as as adventurous does. If you want to get out more then go for it, seize opportunities. People let so much slip by them as if they are not slowly dying and sqaundering away all the potential in front of them. I dated someone who was "risk averse" for two years and it was carted out as an excuse left right and center, but it doesn't hold water. Just go for it.

Go for a run in a field, with a Bull in it, slash the tyres on a few sulkys, or maybe take up sea swimming.
