I’ve ordered twice a statement and I cannot locate it.
I went to inbox. Is there some where else I should check ?

Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

Yes, the statement should appear on your 365 Online account after 1 working day. It can then be found by selecting the account, and then the 'Statements' tab. They will then appear in PDF format.

Hi Nemecis,

This will certainly be viewable on the app. If you select the account the statement is for, there should be a "statements" button on the top where you can view your previous statements.
