Missing Avios Points Aer Lingus BOI card

    Hi,

    I have received no January avios point credits to my account from purchases on my Bank Of Ireland Aer Lingus card. I have spoken to Aer lingus and Avois and both said only BOI can resolve this. Avios usually is credited to my account within the first week of each month but it is now end Jan and nothing credited. Can you assist ?
