Has anyone any recommendations for a good, flexible and paintable caulk. New house, painted two years ago but since then paintwork around windows, stair stringers etc has cracked due to house settling and needs repainting. Ideally looking for a good flexible and paintable caulk for around these areas that are prone to movement

    Thanks a mill

There all the same to be honest.

Just make sure you keep your finger nice and wet when your smoothing it out once applied.

Don't use silicone anywhere you want to paint.
