Turning of keypad tones on HKC alarm Panel

    Hi

    Anyone know if its possible to silence the keypad tones on HKC alarm panel. Not 100% sure of exact model but its about 3 years old and was software version is 1070 v3.3.5.

    Its so loud in the mornings, pressing the buttons and then when it disarms with "system unset", be great to be able to silence it or turn volume down

    Yes, buzzer volumes and audio announcements can indeed be adjusted, they can even be switched off completely.

    However it is in the engineer menu where such changes are made
