    A) Do I have to pay the stamp duty on a circuit court motion in the same county in which the motion is being entered or can I get the motion stamped in the county I live in and post it to the other county?

    B) Respondents/defendants; If there are two respondents/defendants for this circuit court motion can both be named on the same motion or is it necessary, or better to have two separate motions?

It doesn't matter where you stamp but the motions must be stamped before service.
Both should be on the one motion. All parties should be named and served on every motion.

I have received back copies of the employment law civil bill from the circuit court. it has a code and is stamped by the court.

There is no date for appearance written.

DO i send these by registered post to both of the Defendants?

    If so what happens next?

any information would be appreciated thank you.
