Hi folks, I have an a2w hitachi heat pump. I’m just wondering is it normal for a heat pump to go into defrost multiple times an hour and struggle to get a flow past 40. Once it hits 40 flow it goes into defrost mode. Any insight would be greatly appreciated Thanks
